Britt is a mother of three who was tired of being over weight and not having enough of


to keep up with her kids. She knew she had to do something to change her life, so she turned to clean eating and a solid fitness routine. After getting to her goals she decided to take it a few steps further and become a certified trainer so that she could share her passion of fitness with others. Today she teaches many fitness classes such as zumba, yoga, and bootcamp in addition to doing personal training. Britt loves all things healthy and she also enjoys blogging.
