This is my journey to beat obesity

I know what it is like to beat obesity.

I use to weigh 220lbs, and i’m less than 5’0″ tall. I use to eat fast food daily, and never workout. I turned my life around, I lost 90lbs and I have kept it off for over 8 years.

My Mission to Beat Obesity

My goal is to help motivate to start or continue their weight loss and fitness journey and beat obesity for good. I share inspirational success stories from real people, not product testimonials. What is great is how everyone has a unique story. When I was obese, life was hard – I hated looking in the mirror and remember how negatively I would treat myself. I became inspired when I saw a coworker transform himself, and I remember thinking to myself “If he can do it, so can I”.

If you have a lot of weight to lose it is a long road ahead of you, but it is well worth it in the end. My approach is for you to live a healthy lifestyle. I don’t want you to go on a strict diet tomorrow, because that does not work. Taking a step-therapy approach to eating healthy is what will get you the long term results you are looking for.
